Welcome to Aussie PT!

christine bell with her bike aussie ptHi, I’m Christine Bell of Aussie PT LTD and I provide dry needling and manual therapy treatment services in Boulder, CO.

Manual Therapy is a method of evaluating and treating the spine, peripheral joints, fascia, nerves, and muscles using a “hands on technique”.

Using skilled specific hands-on techniques, including mobilization and manipulation, I can diagnose and treat soft tissue and joints, thus reducing your pain, improving your range of motion, reducing inflammation and encouraging tissue repair.

This specialty technique is used commonly to treat sports related injuries like lower back pain, neck pain, shoulder impingement, plantar fasciitis, anterior knee pain and hip pain.

dry needling demo photoDry needling is a highly efficient and effective type of manual therapy treatment based on eliminating trigger points in muscles using acupuncture needles.

Trigger points are “knots” in your muscles are often associated with tightness and pain.  Your muscles may appear weak, do not respond to stretching and cause a restriction in your range of motion. The causes of a trigger points include emotional stress, postural strain, trauma, fatigue and overuse.

With the correct placement of acupuncture needles, I can get your trigger points to release.

Client Testimonials

dave scott six 6x ironman world champion“After 35 years in the sport of triathlon and having an opportunity to experience a wide array of health practitioners, unequivocally, Christine Bell, is simply the best. She has the most complete set of skills in analyzing the issue(s), recognizing the causes and symptoms and with her exceptional hands on treatment, her manipulative PT is unprecedented in my treatment history. In combination with her hands on therapy, certainly her greatest asset is the systematic approach with her dry needling practice. I was terrified of the thought about dry needling but her wizardry and skill soared above my expectations. She is on the very top of my list and I certainly would recommend her to anyone with a niggling or chronic injury.”

Dave Scott, 6x Ironman World Champion

joanna zeiger ironman 70.3 world champion“Christine is an excellent physical therapist. She knows how to take a global look at the body to determine what is going on and how to take the best course of action. She is a wizard with dry needling. She has helped me through a few injuries.”

- Joanna Zeiger, Olympian and Ironman 70.3 World Champion

“I started seeing Christine a few months ago after a few people couldn’t stop raving about how great she was! I wasn’t let down. Christine has a great understanding of the body as a whole and looks at the bigger picture rather than specific areas of injury. She also tries to find the root cause of the problem, which I believe is fundamental to being healthy and successful as an athlete.”

Julie Dibens, Xterra and Ironman 70.3 World Champion

peyman sasha razifard triathlete realtor boulder colorado“After my calves completely cramped during a training run and my left shoulder began to ache after extensive swim practice I began seeing a Physical Therapist, a Dry Needling Practitioner and a Massage Therapist concurrently requiring three separate appointments at three different locations at exorbitant cost. Working with the versatile Christine Bell of Aussie PT, I now receive all 3 treatments in a single 60 minute session saving me considerable time and money. The results have been incredible and I enjoy far greater flexibility and mobility and my calves and left shoulder are doing great.”

- Peyman “Sasha” Razifard, Triathlete and Realtor

Thank you, Christine!!!!
